Operator and scope
The operator is {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}, located at {{LEGAL_ADDRESS}}. These terms govern Synal’s pay-per-call AI API, website and read-only wallet Console. No Synal token, investment product or prepaid balance is offered through x402.
Wallet payments
No account or API key is required for x402 calls. Your wallet signs a payment authorization for the reviewed USDC quote. exact is a fixed amount; upto is actual usage within a signed ceiling. Network and provider availability are defined by the API’s offers.
Delivery and errors
Content is returned only after successful settlement. A failed model call before settlement is not charged. On some networks, and for async video jobs, the payment settles before the model runs; if the model then fails, a refund is owed. Unknown settlement must be retried using the same signature, without signing another payment.
Use and providers
You are responsible for your requests and for using provider services lawfully. Model outputs may be inaccurate. Provider availability can change. See Acceptable use and Privacy for content handling.
Liability and disputes
